I am french dancer and I have planned to make an intensive dance program in NYC in a dance school (with a preference this summer, july or august, but september is possible too) So I would like to exchange my apartment well based in the center of Paris (East area, the name of the metro station : Pyrénées), very close from all shops you will need (supermarket, bakery, ....) and in front of my building there is a really cool Park as well, quite big for Paris! (Park's name : Buttes Chaumont). You have also many bars, restaurants, in this area and the population is quite young, you can meet young families, many artists also. Description of my apartment : 323 sq feet apartment, so it's a bit small but very cosy, calm and sunny! The building has only 3 floors and I live on the 2nd one. I have a king size bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen (with everything you need except a dishwasher), in the bathroom, shower, toilet, a washing machine. You have wireless internet, tv, music...... So, my apartment is perfect for young people without children who would like to discover Paris and stay a month for exemple, students, professionals (I don't mind), if you like being in a small and cosy apartment very close from everything in Paris! Ex: 10minutes by metro to go to Montmartre, 20 minutes to "Notre Dame" ... Don't hesitate to contact me for further informations!
