We are a young couple of 23 and 24 years old, Chloe and Benoit, looking to swap our flat in Paris for a flat in Barcelona. This is our first swap, but we are respectful people, and we will take care of your home, your plants and even pets if you want. Our flat is located at 10 minutes in subway (the sub is at 3 minutes-walk from the flat), you will access easily all the cultural opportunities offered by the Capital city, with the calm of the suburbs (Issy les Moulineaux is considered as a quiet and "rich" suburb, so you won't fear to go home late at night) The flat is 50 m2, has 1 main room with double bed, and a living room with a confortable couch (but not possible to turn it into bed) and a confortable armchair, television, wifi access. You also have a kitchen, (open on the living room) with a bar, microwave, fridge... and a bathroom (with bathtub). The flat is functional, and you have a wonderful view on Paris because the flat is on the hights of Issy. We are looking for a flat in central Barcelona, in a lively district with easy access to restaurants, bars... and not too far away from the beach if possible. We are available for a home swap from 1/08 to 18/08/2013, but we may adapt to your dates also, Do not hesitate to contact us, even if your flat is not exactly the same as we described, we will look out every suggestion.
